We strive to ensure that all visitors can enjoy the accommodation, amenities and surroundings of Wansbeck Riverside Caravan Park. Our aim is to assist you in any way possible whether it be planning your visit or throughout the duration of your stay.

Our site caters for privately owned static holiday homes, short term holiday lets and glamping pods stays.

All confirmed guests prior to their arrival date receive an individual booking confirmation and welcome to site email, this is to ensure a seamless and stress free guest arrival.

Our site is located at the bottom of a single track road. Upon arrival to site confirmed guests are directed to the their individual accommodation and met for check in. After check in you will receive access to and from our gated site via a fob system.

Each accommodation has a private tarmac driveway suitable for parking one car. 

The site office is open 9am – 5pm everyday and guests are provided with 24 hour emergency contact information for the duration of their stay. 

Tarmac roads service all parts of the caravan park and speed ramps are placed around the park – Speed limit on the park is restricted to 5 mph.

Dogs are welcome however they must remain on a lead at all time whilst walking around the site. 

A public defibrillator is located on site at the front of the Riverside Pantry. If required please dial 999 and inform the operator of your emergency, inform them of your accommodation name, site postcode NE63 8TX and advise them the site is gated.  

Open 9am - 4pm everyday including bank holidays. 

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times.

Disabled ramp access is located at the front of the café (riverside) and disabled parking is located directly outside the café by driving through the caravan park. 

All customers (excluding blue badge holders) are required to park in the public car park located within the country park. This is clearly sign posted on arrival.
